BRINGING BACK
THE COWBOY

A 5-Day Range Rider Crucible. Master inherding, secure the herd, and prove you have what it takes to defend the West.

Objective: Rural Labor PipelineStatus: Active Recruitment

Technology is a trap.
The West needs riders.

The push for GPS collars and virtual fencing extracts wealth from rural communities and leaves herds vulnerable to apex predators. The Abundant Wild Lands Act champions a different path: putting human stewardship back on the landscape.

This is not a vacation. This is a vetting process. We are training a new generation of range riders in the exact methods of "Inherding." You will learn to manage stock, camp in deep timber, and deter predators through sheer presence. Top graduates will receive guaranteed, paid contract offers from partnered ranches.

The Curriculum:

THE 5-DAY CRUCIBLE

Day 1: The Gear & The Stock

Basic backcountry horsemanship, throwing diamond hitches, packing the string, and familiarization with the gear. You will be evaluated on your respect for the animals and your baseline competence.

Day 2-3: Moving The Herd

The hardest skill to learn quickly. Intensive cattle handling using low-stress methods. You will learn to move the cattle as a tight unit, mimicking natural grazing patterns and pushing them into targeted forage zones while keeping the herd perfectly calm.

Day 4: The Night Shield

Teamwork under pressure. Working in squads, you will deploy temporary poly-wire paddocks at dusk and drive the cattle inside. You will establish the immediate camp perimeter to create an impenetrable predator shield. Expect midnight predator drills.

Day 5: Timber & The Draft

Deep timber navigation off-trail, reading the landscape for forage and water. We conclude with a final evaluation dinner.

Outcome: Certifications are awarded, and the top-performing riders are officially drafted for paid summer contracts.
